Information Status
Shown on every product page to indicate the source and reliability of product data.
Verified Information
Data has been reviewed and confirmed by the Verify Label admin team.
Brand Submitted
Information was submitted directly by the brand or manufacturer account.
Imported Data
Data was imported from a third-party source such as a retailer or product feed.
Pending Review
Information has been submitted and is awaiting admin review.
Unverified
Data exists in the system but has not yet been reviewed or confirmed.
Rejected
Submission was reviewed and rejected by the admin team.
Product Workflow Status
Tracks a product through the submission and approval pipeline.
Draft
Product has been created but not yet submitted for review.
Submitted
Product has been submitted by the brand and is queued for admin review.
Under Review
Admin is actively reviewing the product submission.
Approved
Product has passed admin review and is ready to be published.
Published
Product is live and publicly visible on the platform.
Certifications
Displayed when a brand has uploaded supporting certification documents.
Halal Certified
Product has been certified as Halal by an approved certification body.
Organic
Product meets organic standards and holds a valid organic certification.
Gluten Free
Product has been certified or declared free of gluten-containing ingredients.
Non-GMO
Product does not contain genetically modified organisms.
ISO Certified
Manufacturer holds a valid ISO certification relevant to this product.
Data Quality Score
Indicates how complete a product's information profile is. Not a safety or regulatory rating.
High Completeness (80–100%)
Product profile is substantially complete with most key fields populated.
Medium Completeness (50–79%)
Core fields are present but several sections are missing or incomplete.
Low Completeness (0–49%)
Product profile is sparse. Significant information is missing.
Data Source Status
Used in the admin Source Manager to show the operational state of each data source.
Active
Source is connected and operational.
Paused
Source has been temporarily suspended by an admin.
Error
Source encountered an error during the last sync attempt.
Expired
Source credentials or authorization have expired.
Barcode & QR Identifiers
Shown on product cards and detail pages to indicate available product identifiers.
EAN-13
European Article Number — 13-digit barcode standard.
UPC-A
Universal Product Code — 12-digit North American standard.
GTIN
Global Trade Item Number — GS1 standard identifier.
QR Active
A Verify Label QR code has been generated for this product.
